I don't offer refunds unless an items is damaged but I check each item myself before sending it out to make sure it's free from defects so this shouldn't be a problem for anyone.
I only use PayPal but you don't have to have a Pay Pal account to pay me, just use a credit card and it will deposit the funds into my account.
